How to make CORNDOG MOZZARELLA without EGG and MILK

 Do you still remember my post about CORNDOG??

I once made by Pufflova-style recipe and the results were delicious.

Spoon measure recipe:

15 tbsp (regular tablespoon) or 150 ml warm water

1 tsp instant yeast

2 tbsp sugar

20 tablespoons (regular tablespoon) or 1 1/2 cups or 200gr high protein flour (eg twin Chakra Kembar, Segitiga, Kunci Biru, Komachi)

1 tsp salt

Sausage and mozzarella to taste

Bread crumbs/bread flour to taste


Notes:

-Before you use the dough, make sure the mozzarella or sausage is dry so that it sticks more easily.

-Use a thick stick or chopsticks)
